Kundalini Yoga was a well kept secret in India and only brought to the Western world by Yogi Bhajan in the 60s. I draw from his teachings which promote a happy, healthy and holy way of living.
Both individual and group classes are 1.5hrs long. Cost for individuals is £40 and groups are £10 per person or £75 for a booking of 10 classes.
